Please send via the mail system (details below), an item will be send to you in return – this is your ticket. Please have it upon your person.
(Tickets will be checked/also available at the door)
Sponsorship and Donations:
Sponsor an element of the Ball or donate an item for the Auction or Raffle and reach hundreds of individuals whilst raising your profile!
Your contribution will generate publicity for your guild in the support material for the Ball and on the night itself.
We are open to your suggestions but options include:
- 250g to display your guild logo in the Souvenir Programme (sent via mail system to all ticket holders the day prior to the ball)
- 350g to sponsor an element of the Ball
- Donate your skilled and crafted items as welcome gifts for Ladies and/or Gentlemen
- Donate an item for the Auction or Raffle
